Event Coverage

We can provide a state-of-the-art digital studio, where clients are able to view a selection of photographs taken. Offering instant viewing allows your guests to make their own selection of their favorite images. We also provide on-site printing so each person leaves with their photos.

The Photos can be ordered in several different ways. The most popular is on the day of the event, but we can also offer online ordering or the option to include the cost of a photograph in the original ticket price.

Banquets
Banquets are special, often extravagant events, specifically designed to acknowledge and honor those who have participated in - or contributed much to a particular cause. Rewards and trophies are usually presented at banquets, following a specially prepared meal. Banquets honor those engaged in any activities, including sports, public service events, those who volunteer - almost any activity can warrant a celebration! Banquets are often planned months in advance, with attention to every detail, setting a mood for the special event. People enjoy dressing to suit the special occasion, and the memories of a banquet will be treasured year after year. It is important that the celebration is professionally photographed, and we are specialists in capturing the special moments at your banquet.

Ribbon Cuttings
A ribbon cutting is literally only a moment that leaves no room for mistakes. Custom Minds guarantees wonderful professional photos of that historic moment and custom editing for digital files as well as prints.

Class Reunions
A class reunion can be an incredibly emotional event. We convey that look of instant recognition, the shock from the transformation of a dear friend, and even the laugh of puzzlement as one jars their memory about things they thought long forgotten. We photograph the entire student body as a group and individually, as well as the magic that unfolds between old flames and new ones on the dance floor.

Award Ceremonies
Elegance, accomplishment, prestige, these are the qualities that clients expect from photos commemorating an award ceremony. Custom Minds captures all the excitement and feeling of a job well done, capturing that moment when the award switches hands and the smile from the applause that follows. We offer panoramic wide angle photos of award ceremonies as well at close ups of that long awaited moment of recognition.

Charity Events
We realize that charity events are all about giving to a greater cause. At Custom Minds we work to convey the feeling of giving and selflessness, along with the sense of community that will attract greater turn out for future charity events. We provide large group photos as well as general event coverage.

Graduations
Custom Minds brings the studio to your school. We provide portraits on location at both school campus and graduation ceremony locations. Our mobile studio includes professional lighting and backgrounds, with the ability to photograph your entire student body in a pleasant and timely manner. We also provide digital editing to remove minor blemishes free of charge.

Proms, Homecoming
Though prom and homecoming are something youngsters look forward to every year, they are actually very special once in a lifetime events. We at Custom Minds cover both indoor and outdoor junior high and high school prom and homecoming events. We provide general coverage for the school yearbook and news paper, as well as formal photos for couples and friends. Take your next prom or homecoming to the next level with our professional photographers.

Private Parties
A professional photographer at your private party screams the word “class.” We can take formal photos with professional lighting, or if you wish we can blend into the party and capture the moments when a point and shoot camera or inexperienced photographer just won't do. We will dress the part and ad a sense of excitement to your private party. We have never worked a private party where the people didn't love a moment in front of the camera.

Holiday events
We capture the feeling of community when people come together for that special holiday. The excitement, laughter and fun are all commemorated in the highest quality photos available in large print. We also provide on location group photos, formal portraits and informal portraits.

Larger Groups
We are able to take large group photographs of up to 350 people. A excellent way to remember all those in your year/faculty/society. We can provide proofs of the groups to the organizers allowing you to check that you are visible and that your eyes are open! Large group photos are normally taken outside, but we can work indoors with space permitting. We can make the photographs available in different sizes from 12" to 20" in length. Each persons name can be added to the picture if required.

Sports
Custom Minds can capture an entire organization, individual teams or just individuals. Professional photography crews will attend practices and/or games to capture excellent photographs of the players in action. Custom Minds can create custom layouts showcasing teams or individual players on a one-of a kind large format prints.

Galas
Custom Minds can cover any event from 100 to 1000 plus individuals attending, supplying as many photographers as needed ensure that no-one has to spend time waiting for their photos to be taken. We offer studio and/or location pictures depending on your needs.

Printing at the event:
Custom Minds Presents many opportunities for viewing, sharing and ordering their photos online. We provide portable digital studios where clients have a selection of the photos taken. This allows them the opportunity for each person to select their own favorite image. During many events, we also provide onsite printing so everyone leaves with their photos. Other options include:

• Mail Proofs - Custom Minds can send colored proofs to participants through the mail.
• Custom Minds ''online photo browser'' enables customers to view all the images taken at the event. The images are organized by content to enable easy access.
• Custom Prints can be ordered via e-mail and phone.
